Who We Are 

We are the only state-licensed estheticians working within the Hays area.

Sase Fleenor, owner, Licensed Esthetician, has worked as a professional makeup artist and esthetician since October 2005.  She began makeup in the 90's, learning the art of theatrical stage makeup.  Sarah has worked with numerous photographers.  Her work with makeup artistry expanded to fashion bridal runway with the Gregory Agency in 2008. along with giving presentations on the importance of great makeup for a wedding day.  In addition, Sarah has created makeup designs for weddings, special occasion photography and event makeup.  Her clean and distinct style has established her as a great makeup artist within the industry.  Sarah has taught makeup artistry privately, on college campuses, and also for other licensed professionals.  She does guest speaking at Cosmetology schools.  Sarah has intricately studied eyebrow shaping.  She is a true master in this field.  Brazilian waxing is a very strong suite within her realm of practice, and her clientele appreciates her speed and accuracy.  Sarah works with an emphasis in eyebrow shaping, Brazilian waxing, and makeup artistry.  She is licensed for facials, massage, back treatments, body wraps, full body waxing which includes eyebrow shaping and Brazilians, lash extensions, and makeup artistry.

Sarah (Saber) Fleenor, owner, Licensed Esthetician, has worked as a licensed esthetician and makeup artist since June 2006.  She began her journey while working as an assistant in histology in a medical lab.  There, she was able to obtain a superb understanding of body structure and skin physiology.  Sarah excelled in her education, graduating at the top of her class.  Once she mastered makeup artistry, she began working with several photographers and broke way to fashion runway working with high-fashion models in 2008.  In addition to all of this, Saber has designed makeup for special occasions, event makeup, and wedding parties.  She is extremly well versed in era-appropriate makeup being able to give her client a look that goes with any decade they choose.  Sarah is a superb waxing technician who specializes in eyebrow shaping, Brazilian waxing, and full body waxing.  She has established herself in the speed waxing techniques.  Sarah is also licensed in facials, massage, back treatments, and body wraps.  She holds her license in esthetics with an emphasis in makeup artistry and lash extensions, as well.

Dax McLouglin, Owner, Licenced Esthetician, has a true PASSION for the spa industry!  Making people feel beautiful is something she loves and wants to share with you.  She is a Permanent Makeup Artist with over 650 hrs. of training.  She continues to strive to give her clients the best! She has attended makeup artistry classes in Chicago and also had training in lash extensions.

Kathy Thompson, RN, began working with a local dermatologist over 18 years ago.  While working in this field, she was enthralled with the skin in its entirety.  This is when she began the appropriate training and certification in Microdermabrasion.  Kathy has taken numerous educational classes to learn the very best techniques in administering this great service.  Kathy has hosted students from around the area to teach them what the spa industry has to offer.  She is able to educate people in a way that everyone seems to "get"!  Kathy has worked in the spa industry for over 9 years and continues to be an asset.  Upon joining Rejuvenations in 2009, Kathy has excelled in her scope of practice.

David K. Lenser, MD, is a specialist in the field of Anesthesiology. He was born in Norfolk, Nebraska and received his medical degree at the The University of Nebraska Medical Center. He moved to Hays in the year 1999 and currently practices at Hays Medical Center as an Anesthesiologist.

In addition to his interest in medical sciences, Dr. Lenser is an avid photographer and enjoys art. His combined interest in medicine and art led to his desire to perform aesthetic treatment in the form of dermal fillers and Botox injection.

He enjoys spending time with his wife, two sons, daughter, son-in-law, granddaughter, and two German Shepherds. His other interests include: astronomy, botany, dog training, and college football. We are thrilled to have Dr. Lenser join Rejuvenations offering Botox and fillers.



Hailey Long, Rejuvenations' receptionist, began as just a normal client at Rejuvenations. Her personality and the need for a receptionist urged us to hire her. Hailey moved to Hays in the year 1996. She attends Fort Hays State University in hopes of achieving a Medical Technology Degree. She had a baby boy in August 2011 and got married in December 2011.



Ashley Baxter, Massage Therapist, graduated in the year 2005 from Maine's oldest massage therapist owned and taught schools in the country. The rigorous training of this school consisted of Swedish, deep tissue, spa, and extensive sports techniques. She has volunteered her time to numerous sporting events for post event massage, such as The Boston Marathon and Bath Iron Man. Her passion for this field has lead her to several advanced massage therapy technique classes, as well as becoming certified through the International Cupping Therapy Association as a cupping therapist. Working with people to reduce pain and aid in whole body relaxation is her passion!


Brandy Boeger, Licensed Cosmetologist, graduated from Hays Academy of Hair Design in October 2011 with a Nuts & Bolts Business Degree. After meeting our team of professionals at Rejuvenations, she knew that was where she wanted to be. Not only is she getting the training she has desired, but she has a talent for knowing just what each client is looking for, and giving them just that. Brandy is licensed in manicures, pedicures, facials, back treatments, and full body waxing. Her passion is to help others feel more confident about themselves while providing a caring and tranquil experience.
